Mr. Gates has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since July, 2004. Mr. Gates was the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner from 1974 to his retirement in 2000. Mr. Gates currently consults and serves on the Board of Directors for a number of both private and public entities. |

Mr. Street is the Owner, President & CEO of The Street Company, a real estate investment company, specializing in acquiring land and upgrading the entitlements and zoning on the raw land and marketing and selling to builders, or building out a complete neighborhoods. |
W. THOMAS GIMPLE | Director
Mr. Gimple is the owner of Geneva Woods Home Health Care, a health care service company with four locations throughout Alaska. He has extensive experience at all phases of business from start up companies through the Initial Public Offering. He has served a CEO of several public companies. |
PETER CZULEGER, M.D. | Director
| Dr. Czuleger has served on the Company’s Board of Directors since July of 2004. He has been a practicing emergency physician for over 25 years. Currently, he serves as a critical care physician at Mission Hospital Regional Trauma Center, in Mission Viejo, California. |
DAVID FEDER | Director
Mr. Feder was the inventor of SafetyMate® in 1999, a career marketing executive for the past 25 years including owning his own agency. Prior to launching SafetyMate®, Mr. Feder spent five years as a senior marketing executive for Teletrac, Inc., a wireless technology and logistics company. |
BRETT GREGOR | Director
Mr. Gregor has over 20 years of large enterprise IT experience encompassing both technical and business development roles. He has been a founder in a half dozen successful start-up firms over the past 15 years. |
